Werkerr can also supply and fit C70 and C140M Anodes in alloy designation M3 to AS2239 to Chiller End Plates as part of our services to ensure an extended life to your Chiller Units.
Slurry Pipe
Werkerr Wear Composites have been specifically designed to aid mining and pumping applications where extreme abrasion and impact cause asset failure.
Our Industry Leading Composites can be applied to Slurry Pumps and associated Pipework to dramatically increase the life of assets subject to high wear.
Werkerr Wear Composites can also be applied as a dual layer coating to provide a coloured wear indication, eliminating blowouts and plant downtime.
Assets coated with Werkerr polymers are tough, abrasion and chemically resistant to a wide range of industrial applications.
Warman Frame Plate
Werkerr specialise in the repair and lining of damaged pump volutes and associated parts. Using specialty moulds, Werkerr can repair and rebuild your warman pump casings, throat bushes and backing plates back to specification (usually at a fraction of the cost of full replacement).
